Art Therapy

Art Therapy is a specialized modality to help clients to explore emotions, improve symptoms of anxiety and depression, increase self-esteem, manage addictions, relieve stress, and resolve other psychological conflicts through the creative process of art-making. The goal of art therapy is, through the process of drawing, painting, coloring, sculpting, or collage, to help people explore self-expression and find new ways to gain personal insight and develop new coping skills.
